Site blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent photograph drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created plans to transform the substantial island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling different parts of the land.
In addition to this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring plans for marina coverings.
Additional materials released as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
